This program comprised briefing on how to run a business delivered by the management team of PT Baba Rafi Indonesia in collaboration with Young Entrepreneur Academy (YEA!). This is targeted especially for young entrepreneurs running their businesses for more than 1 year. This program was held for two weeks and attended by more than 30 participants.

Training for the Better Indonesia – Batch 4
In a period of a week, from 28 January 2013 until 2 February 2013, Baba Rafi Enterprise held the fourth business training program for 20 fortunate young entrepreneurs who have been independently running their businesses for more than 1 year. The training program was held in Graha Baba Rafi with the aim of making the better Indonesia. The materials were delivered by the management team of PT Baba Rafi Indonesia and other professional speakers who shared their experience in being successful entrepreneurs.
Training for the Better Indonesia – Batch 5
In a period of five days, from 25 February 2013 until 2 March 2013, Baba Rafi Enterprise held its 5th business training program in Graha Baba Rafi for 15 fortunate young entrepreneurs who have been independently running their businesses for more than 1 year. With the aim of making the better Indonesia, the materials were delivered by the management team of PT Baba Rafi Indonesia and other professional speakers who shared their experience in being successful entrepreneurs. The program was carried out in an interesting concept that encourages participants’ interaction and to keep them from boredom. At the end of the program, certificates were given to the participants and speakers as a token of appreciation for their participation in making the better Indonesia.

In a period of five days, from 22 to 27 April 2013, Baba Rafi Enterprise held its 6th business training program for 10 fortunate young entrepreneurs who have been independently running their businesses for more than 1 year. The program was held in Graha Baba Rafi, South Jakarta. With the aim of making the better Indonesia, the materials were delivered by the management team of PT Baba Rafi Indonesia and other professional speakers who shared their experience in being successful entrepreneurs. The speakers included Yulia Astuti (owner of Moz5 Salon), Dewi Tanjung (owner of De Tanjung Handicraft), Mr Bimo (Lawpreneur), Mr Erick (director general of HKI), and Evi Yulia (Franchise Consultant). The program was carried out in an interesting concept that encourages participants’ interaction and to keep them from boredom. At the end of the program, certificates were given to the participants and speakers as a token of appreciation for their participation in making the better Indonesia.
Bringing smile to Rumah Harapan Tebet
Baba Rafi CSR Team visited Rumah Harapan (House of Hope) in Tebet, founded by Silly Valencia.
Rumah Harapan, located in Tebet Timur Street 2B No. 1, is a temporary home to accommodate unfortunate patients who are waiting for their available inpatient rooms in the hospital. In Rumah Harapan, there are a number of children aged of 0-17 suffering from cancer, leukemia, and other illness.
They came from various regions, such as Lampung, Kalimantan, or East Nusa Tenggara. Baba Rafi CSR Team hoped to bring cheerfulness by bringing kebabs and console them. It is very pleasant to see them regained their smile and excitement.

Established in 2019, Hendy Setiono Foundation is our manifestation with the purpose of building a sustainable social institution by developing business units that independently support the foundation, as well as raising the awareness of Indonesian successful entrepreneurs and youngsters to share.
